Estimator vs. a blog listicle
Most 'NIL calculators' online are static tables. Ours scores your file, blends in cohort medians from real submissions (outliers removed), and applies a hard $400k floor only for active 4-star and 5-star high school recruits — not former 4-stars already in college.
FAQ
NIL estimator
Is this an official NCAA NIL calculator?
No. NCAA does not publish a player-level calculator. TransferMetrics is an independent market estimate for football and men's basketball.
